Onsite | Graveyard shift | Pavia, Iloilo CityQualifications:> Bachelor's graduate of IT, Computer Science, or related programs> 1 to 5 years of Proven Experience with macOS, Linux OS, and Windows Operating Systems> Knowledgeable in Slack and Jira> Has excellent problem-solving skills and is a quick learner.> Thrives on sharing knowledge and collaborating with team members> Enthusiastically offers assistance to the team and oversees the tasks> Proactively identifies opportunities for workflow enhancement> Operates with security as a primary focus.> Dependable and has a strong sense of ownership of their work and their team's work.> Amenable to work onsite and graveyard shift scheduleJob Responsibilities:> Place priority on the employee experience by approaching the onboarding and offboarding processes with a white-glove mindset.> Independently own and drive multiple IT projects and deliverables for the team.> Manage, process, and solve requests that come through Slack, Atlassian Assist, and Jira Service Management ticketing system, adhering to SLA requirements for responses and resolution of tickets.> Manage and support Apple, Windows, and Linux operating systems, MDM, and software.
