Details of the offer

IT SUPPORT SPECIALIST - responsible for providing technical service to support internal users and Company merchants. Receives and answers applications and technical questions, provides installation support, troubleshoots system problems, and provides technical training. Gives input to the Research and Development team to assist with continuing product development and conducts random product sampling to ensure quality. Courteously and promptly resolves customer questions and problems, and maintains professional relationships.Functions and Responsibilities :
Report directly to IT Head
Manage the creation and update of merchant accounts
Assist merchants in integrating with Dragonpay API primarily through phone, email and other online messaging service.
Manage projects and coordinate with various partners and suppliers on technical matters
Provide pre-sales assistance to account managers when dealing with prospective merchants requiring technical discussion
Resolves technical questions, requests, and problems promptly and courteously through diligent research, reproduction and troubleshooting
Manage and administer Dragonpay system infrastructure
Perform other duties as assigned

QualificationsEducation/Certification:Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent course or job experience

Required Knowledge:Advance knowledge of the use of computers
Strong technical, troubleshooting and customer service knowledge
Understanding of Windows operating systems (Linux is a plus)
Basic Programming Skills in any of the following languages (PHP, C#, Java Script)
Basic TCP/IP networking

Experience Required:Experience in Customer Service is a plus
Experience troubleshooting LAN/WAN

Skills/Abilities:Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work effectively and efficiently
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, and other relevant programs pertaining to products
Effective hardware and software troubleshooting skills
Ability to read network diagrams and troubleshoot network-related issues on end-user devices

Job Type: Full-timeSalary: Php18,000.00 to Php20,000.00 /monthExperience:IT Support: 1 year (Preferred)
