Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of Computer Science or Information Technology.
- With 1 - 2 years related experience as tech support, desktop support, customer service or a similar role.
- Have an experience repairing Chinese computer in a POGO industry.
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Must be fluent in English and can communicate fluently with chinese translator or speaker.
-Flexible on handling time management.
- Can work shifting schedule and render overtime.
- Preferably Female Applicant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Monitors and maintain the computer system and networks status.
- Track the system error, report it to the respective officer and record it daily.
- Knowledgeable on handling and fixing the system error or problem.
- Monitor the docking group messages.
- Response to the customer inquiries promptly and properly and track the status of problem handling.
- Knowledgeable on system testing and deployment.
