**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, or any related courses- **Fresh graduates and career shifters only.**:- Knowledgeable in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of both hardware and software.- Familiarity with Network configuration and cabling has the advantage.- Knowledge in setting up or configuring Domain Services (Active Directory, DHCP, etc.) is required.**Responsibilities**:- Provide L1 support or technical assistance to colleagues and other employees.- Setting-up new employee workstations - Install, configure and provide new assets and company account/credentials. Conduct quality checking/assurance before releasing.- Resolve any network and connection problem/issue raised by our colleagues.
