Job DescriptionEnsure high availability and performance of Internet connectivity.Administer servers, including installation, configuration, updating, and maintenance of both hardware and software components.Manage modem configurations and wireless network setups, ensuring secure and efficient connectivity.Monitor network performance to identify and resolve latency issues, bottlenecks, and other potential network problems.Preparation of IT equipment for deployment to staffs.Offer staffs with technical help and support for servers, networks, laptops, and other IT devices.Guarantee smooth operations, troubleshoot and fix hardware, software, and communication issues.Oversee the distribution, configuration, and upkeep of company laptops.Install, set up, and look after network hardware.Work together as a team to put security measures in place and guarantee data security.Record support operations and keep precise records of your IT assets. Qualifications:A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Information Technology or any relevant courses.1-2 years of IT-related work experience.Proficiency in troubleshooting IT issues and resolving technical problems.Knowledge of computer hardware, software, and network fundamentals.Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively.Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate documentation.Previous experience in IT support or a related field preferred.Detail-oriented, strong analytical skills, proactive attitude, good verbal and written communication skills, ability to manage multiple tasks.Capable of adjusting and prospering in a fast-changing environment.Able to manage several priorities and perform under time constraints.Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities.Thorough, proactive, and well-organized.Adept with Microsoft Office programs.Willing to work in Sta.
