It Support (Baguio, Mid-Shift)

EMAPTA is looking for anIT Supportwho can join our growing team inBaguio.
Our client is the leading provider of retail performance insights, analysing customer counting and sales across the entire retail portfolio for organisations worldwide. They use technology as an objective and consistent measure to provide insights into the performance of specific initiatives and broader strategic changes.
As aIT Support, your responsibilities include:
• Assessing the quality of the performance of the business materials (cameras and the like) installed in the establishmentsby reviewing the videos / CCVT footages
• Analysing the data and performance of the camera as seen on the video
• Recording of input orfeedback andfindingsto the system and analyse if there are needed changes to be made; amending camera settings if needed
• Tagging and labelling of camera line as instructed
• Reporting significant discrepancies to the Quality Control Manager
You should have/be:
• Graduated from a Bachelor’sdegree course, or have completed at least 2 years in college or have graduated from a 2-year Technical-Vocational course
• Must have an experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst or other related roles
• Exceptional English communication skills –both spoken and written
• Detail-oriented and comfortable with dealing with data
• Highly trainable and can follow specific instructions
• Driven and motivated
• Can work fast and with accuracy
