**MUST HAVE OWN MOTORCYCLE AND VALID DRIVERS LICENSE****Responsibilities**:Perform Troubleshooting on workstations and networks.Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers, and any other IT equipment.Create CCTV Installation Layout for all new and Existing Stores.Deploy and install close-circuit television (CCTV) on the field, warehouse, and office.Manage and install in-house developed POS and conduct training on employees.Attend Store inquiries on Device and network-related concerns.Overseas stores and satellite areas for the stability of the network and wireless services to deliver internet reliability.Identify issues and perform troubleshooting techniques to alleviate downtime and system failure.Providing service and customer support during field visitsManaging on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and testingDiagnosing errors or technical problems and determining proper solutions on-site and off-siteProducing detailed service reports and making appropriate recommendationsMaintain records/logs of repairs and fixes and maintenance scheduleRequired Skills and QualificationsGraduate of Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology degree or related course.With at least 1 year of experience in an IT-related field.Must have knowledge on foundation in building Network Infrastructure.Familiar with Network systems installation, Routing, Switching, NAT, Bridge, Vlan, WAN, LAN, and IP port forwarding.Knowledgeable in Hardware and software troubleshooting and monitoring.Familiar with System upgrades and Program installationsStrong Knowledge of CCTV maintenance and ImplementationGood documentation skills**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:yesAbility to commute/relocate:- Tandang Sora: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- related working: 1 year (required)
