_**Duties and Responsibilities**:_- Support of disaster recovery solutions;- Basic technical support at the network level: WAN and LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security;- Basic remote access solution implementation and support: VPN, Terminal Services;- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system alerts and notifications, and respond accordingly through service tickets;- Provides support to end users on a variety of issues;- Escalate service requests that require engineer level support- Assist for the development and the implementation of Service Management in accordance with ITIL.**_Qualifications and education Requirements: _**- Has Bachelor's/Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent- Has at least one (1) year related work experience.- Good in communication skills.- Must be technically competent.- Willing to work in Province of Nueva Ecija (Jaen).- Can work ASAP.**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotion- Staff meals provided- Transportation service providedSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payAbility to commute/relocate:- Manila: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
