**PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES**1. Manages the operations of Oracle Data System of the company.2. Manages and reviews the work of assigned MIS Staff, monitors workload, deadlines, goals and progress.3. Conducts analysis and provides input into information technology strategic planning. Participates in budget development.4. Plans, organizes and serves as project manager on information technology projects.5. Evaluates emerging technologies and identifies hardware, software and other resources necessary to accomplish section tasks within the budgetary limits. Recommends the purchase of hardware /software.6. Establishes section standards and policies.7. Prepares software/programs for the operation of the departments that can be interfaced with Oracle Database System.8. Implements and recommends actions to improve workflow.9. Coordinates section activities with vendors, users and other departments.10. Provides status report including conclusions and operational recommendations.11. Makes recommendations regarding hiring, evaluation, promotion and termination of employees.12. Performs other functions that maybe assigned to you by which you will be given appropriate training.13. Observes all relevant procedures to ensure effective implementation of Quality and Food Safety Management System.14.
