Details of the offer

Bachelor’s Degree with a technical major (Engineering or Computer Science)
2 year previous experience as IT Service Desk and /or Call Center Technical Support
ITIL v3 qualification is preferable but not essential.
Advanced English both spoken and written
Experience with IT Systems (e.g. Helpdesk, Active Directory, Network, …)
Experience with troubleshooting computer hardware
Ability to find creative solutions to problems and means of improvement
Positive can-do attitude and ability to understand the user needs
Ability to prioritize and work productively and efficiently with minimal supervision
Open and honest personality
Willing to work on shifting schedule, including weekends and holidays
Act as a single point of contact for phone calls, email and ticketing system escalations..
Receive, log and manage calls, emails and tickets.
Perform initial diagnosis for resolution and/or escalation to proper resolving teams.
Provide statistics for the weekly / monthly Service Desk Report.
Accomplish special task required by the Department.
