Job Description:
Provides support and solve incident via phone, email or Helpdesk portal


Responds to technical concerns and records accurate information for all incidents and requests Escalates problem to Second Level Support Monitoring of incidents and delivery of service requests Supervises IT Service Delivery Analysts and implements standards and procedures within the section Ensure resource availability and allocation Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate should be a graduate of Information Technology or other related course Having IT Service Delivery Management related certifications is an advantage Must have at least 2 years of work experience in IT Service Management with background in Insurance industry
