Job Description:
We are hiring for Internal Account Managers to be part of our growing team focused to build true technology partnerships by offering complete price transparency with the highest level of service.


Key Role Purpose: Build and maintain relationships with customers that enable a solution centric approach to the digital acquisition of technology and IT services Manage and grow existing account based customers and on-board new customers to the company Marketplace Capture customer's interactions and manage outcomes digitally via CRM and Marketplace tools Forecast and manage customer opportunity requirements with supply chain teams to ensure product and service availability Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field. At least 3-5 years IT Re-seller/ Distributor/ Vendor industry experience with a good understanding of Technology landscape – preferably Software, Hardware or IT Services focused experience Understanding of relevant tools and technologies used in the internal operations process (Vendor/Distributors portals and tools) Ability to effectively communicate using standard business terms / language with customers, sales and internal teams Ability to understand internal sales process and identify the current stage of engagement against customer requirements Willingness to learn about and discuss specific industry issues, trends and business solutions Ability to work on multiple customer requests/tasks in parallel and achieve positive outcomes Proactive, Problem solver, Creative and Innovative thinker Willing to work in Mall of Asia Complex on a day shift schedule.
