They operate as an outsourcing hub for the development, programming, customization and maintenance of software applications and systems, in support of their parent company, a Japanese digital marketing company in Japan

Job Description and Qualification:
The Project Manager will be mainly responsible in project progress estimation, work breakdown structure (WBS), quality control, configuration management, and supervision and reviewThe role's responsibilities include the following (but not limited to):
Communicating with Japanese counterparts in accomplishing the projects
Accomplishes developing products by communicating job expectations by planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
Completes projects by coordinating resources and timetables with the parent company in Japan
Manages the GitHub and conducts code review
Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards
Qualifications:
Expert knowledge in Java or Ruby development
Relational database experience within the project (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.)
Basic knowledge in infrastructure/middleware/release work
Solid experience in performance testing, performance tuning, and transaction management
