IT Internal Audit Manager Location: Mandaluyong City, Metro ManilaResponsibilities:Plan and execute IT internal audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulationsDevelop audit programs tailored to BPO IT processes and systemsIdentify risks, deficiencies, and improvement opportunitiesLead audit engagements and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance controlsStay updated on technology trends and regulatory requirementsConduct investigations into fraud or security breachesProvide guidance and training to audit team membersQualifications:Bachelor's degree in IT or related fieldCISA, CISSP, or equivalent certification preferred10+ years of IT audit experience in BPO5 years of team management experience - required Strong knowledge of IT governance and control frameworksExcellent communication and leadership skillsAnalytical mindset and ability to manage multiple projectsNote: Candidates must have the right to live and work in the country.
