IT Internal Audit ManagerLocation: Mandaluyong City, Metro ManilaJob Description:The IT Internal Audit Manager performs audit projects focusing on cyber/data security, computer operations, and IT compliance, following Company audit methodology and IIA International Standards. They execute Internal Audit activities, including planning, work program development, and continuous improvement recommendations. The role involves communicating results, follow-ups, audit strategy development, risk assessment, and handling special requests for Company Management and the Audit Committee.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's Graduate (Degree in Computer Science/Electronics/IT Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration preferred)Certification in Auditing and Information Security Domains (CIA, CISA, CISSP, CCSK)Knowledge in Cloud Security – Azure Security (AZ500) and/or AWS Certified Solutions ArchitectMinimum 10 years of experience in information technology auditing or relevant information security roles (8 years of relevant experience; 10+ years total work experience)5 years of team management experienceGood-to-have:Understanding of industry standards (ISO27001, ISO 20K, NIST 800-53, PCI DSS, HIPAA, GDP)Professional Skills:Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsProven management and organizational skillsAbility to train, develop, and motivate team membersDemonstrated leadership and teamwork in a professional settingAbility to adopt flexible work hours, collaborate with global teams, and travel (up to 20%).
