Details of the offer

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
Experience in the Helpdesk Support Level 1-2
Primary Skill set on troubleshooting (Hardware, Software, Networking)
Must have good English communication Skills both oral and written.
Expert in computer repair and maintenance.
Competent in networking (Cable termination, layout and installation)
Considerable knowledge of company policies and procedures, and the ability to enforce them.
Ability to comprehend coded information and instructions.
Work-oriented and can work with less supervision.
Can work and decide on complex issues under pressure.
Experience in handling Linux & Ubuntu Operating System and handling Vicidial is a plus.
Willing to start emmiditely
