Job Summary IT Helpdesk Job Description Responsibility: Provide Helpdesk services for Wattly and Northmore Gordon staff (PC, Email, CRM,
project mgmt s/w)
Provide App support for Wattly customers to help troubleshoot issues for end
customers
Opportunity to help configure reporting and setup in Salesforce CRM
In future help with testing and requirements for new capabilities for CRM, job
managment platform, and Wattly App.
Requirements
Experience - Skills
Fast learner - good technical skills with a broad range of technologies
Excellent written and spoken communications - will handle internal and customer
helpdesk calls
Strong technical skills
Ability to troubleshoot problems on a wide range of systems
Preferably a background in computer science or IT system administration
Systems used by Wattly - more matches the better
Google Business App Suite (Gmail, GoogleDrive, Team Drive, etc)
Dropbox for Business
MS Office suite but moving to Google Docs
LastPass password keeper, Trendmicro (or other antivirus)
Primary OS - Windows (some Mac)
Phones - IOS and Android.
Salesforce CRM - good to have solid CRM knowledge
Mavenlink project management
Good to have some knowledge or ability to learn
Server technology - Docker, Linux (CentOS)
Good knowledge of relational database concepts
App technology - Firebase, Angular 1
Networking knowledge
