It Assistant

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field required
- Industry certifications and memberships a plus
- Excellent IT, communication, leadership and management skills
- Ability to fill multiple roles simultaneously
- Proven track record of maintaining IT structural integrity
- Must have at least 1 yr experience
- Amenable to work in Makati
- Amenable to work in different / shifting schedules
Primary Functions:
- Create, manage and deploy Windows operating system, Linux operating system and Mac OS operating system
- Installation, configuration and continuous upgrading of hardware and software for desktop, notebook and peripheral equipment
- Installation, configuration, management and maintenance of network equipment
- Provide IT desktop related software and hardware troubleshooting and recovery services
- Intelligent mobile device support and multimedia adjournment system support
- Statistics and updating of auxiliary fixed assets information
- Assisting IT related projects
Required Skills:
- Experience in helpdesk front desk
- Proficiency in Windows, Mac, Linux operating system and office software
- Familiarity with installation, configuration and maintenance of common software in Windows domain and windows server
- Familiarity with installation, configuration and maintenance of common software in Linux domain and Linux server
- Understanding LAN configuration, integrated wiring, familiar with routers, switches and common network diagnostics commands
- Understanding and paying attention to system security and network security
- Strong learning, collaboration, execution and good communication skills
- Work earnestly, be dedicated, have good service consciousness, have experience of independent management team
