It Assistant

Assist IT Manager on the day-to-day administration of all IT systems such as STG system, POS, SMS blast, email blast software, and other IT related projects.
Installing and configuring computer hardware operating systems and applications. Diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults. Provide end user PC support for all supported applications.
Check and repair computers, replacing parts and installation of new PC parts as required. Perform daily routine such as wellness check of IT systems.
Installation of new network line for new users. Monitoring and maintaining computer systems and networks, includes wireless network load. Troubleshooting system and network problems such as slow connections.
Ensuring all computers have updated virus protection and virus-free.
Create and maintain software documentation.
Utilizing and maintaining various output devices such as printers, barcode printer, card printer scanners and other computer related equipments such as cctv cameras, etc.
Create website lay-out/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.
Integrate data from various back-end services and databases.
Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs.
Be responsible for maintaining, expanding and scaling our site.
Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities.
Cooperate with web designers/IT Manager to match visual design intent.
Performs other related duties that may be assigned by immediate superior.
