It Asset Management Specialist

1. Reporting directly to the Service Delivery Manager andindirectly to the Service Unit Head, the role holder willwork within the MIS team to provide Technical leadershipon asset management, technology equipment andoperational support for JAKA group.2. The IT Asset Specialist oversees the administrativefunctions and duties within MIS procurementrequirements, inventory management functions and otherattributes to technology equipment's records.3. The position is responsible in maintaining records,databases, containing information regarding licenses,warranties, and service agreements for the JAKA grouporganization's hardware and software. As well, theposition is tasked with tracking quality through the productlifetime and minimizing organizational cost throughproduct standardization and tracking.Qualifications:Education: o Graduate of 4-year computer related field such as BS Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent courses.Experience: o Minimum of 3-5 years related work experienceSkill/Other Requirements: o Relevant IT industry certifications, o With at least 56 hours of technical training/certifications.
