Job Summary: As a JP Morgan Wealth Management- Invest Servicing Sr. Specialist III within our client services team, you will be tasked with receiving and resolving inquiries and complaints from both clients and advisors. Working under minimal direct supervision, you will be responsible for handling the most complex client and advisor issues. Your role will involve responding to questions and complaints, conducting research, maintaining records of problems and their resolutions, and escalating issues to the appropriate department within established timeframes. You will also be expected to assist clients and advisors with various functions including but not limited to; Advisor Service Center – Broker, Managed, 529, and Beneficiary Services as needed. Your duties and tasks will be mostly non-routine, requiring experience for successful completion.
