Sari Sari stores are the largest retail channel and source of employment in the country, yet the average store owner barely makes her ends meet. We use technology to help them increase their earnings through four ways:Get cheaper sourcing of products by connecting them directly to companies (getting them access to better pricing and free delivery to their stores)Access new types of products to sell within their store (higher earning revenue streams such as bayad centers, e-commerce drop off points, wi-fi hotspots, store branding etc )Access to financial services (give them access to working capital, consignment and other types of financial services that could help them grow, but they are currently excluded from)Help them monetize their data (get companies to pay for real-time access to sales data and ability to act on it on a per-store level - think the next generation of Nielsen AnswersNow we are looking for the next wave of talent to join and push this vision further. What you'll do:The Inventory Supervisor is jointly responsible with the RSC Receiving personnel for the receiving, maintenance and safekeeping of the merchandise in the warehouse. His/her main responsibility is to ensure that the merchandise is ready and accessible for the pick pack operations. The Inventory Supervisor will be provided with Warehouse Staff to perform all inventory-related activities. He/she reports directly to the Warehouse OperationsKey responsibilities:*ReceivingEnsures that all deliveries are accurate and in good condition (no damaged, spoiled or dented items). Variances and damages are reportedCoordinates with the RSC Receiving Personnel in receiving the itemsSecuring of necessary receiving documentsCoordinates with the Supply Team on the merchandise deliveriesPutaway & StorageProper handling of merchandise from receiving to storageEnsures that deliveries are unloaded safely and that merchandise are stacked and stored efficiently in their storage locationsEnsures that storage areas are well-organized to reduce risk of misplacing, losing, and damaging itemsReplenishmentEnsures timely replenishment of stocks in picking areaInventory Management System and Cycle CountRecommends systematic planning of replenishment with the RSC Receiving Personnel, thus ensuring adequate stocking at all timesSKU Rationalization - recommendation of non-performing SKUs for suggestive selling / deletionFacilitates and ensures accuracy of cycle count and all related inventory activitiesKeep appropriate records and reports to guarantee that tight inventory control and security are maintainedReport discrepancies of over/under amounts and any damaged products to Growsari Supply TeamManage all inventory transactions and provide required feedback to team as requiredInitiates cycle count and inventory activities and ensure consistency and accuracy and identify all operational problems in inventoryDoes the necessary stock correction for the approval of the Warehouse Operations ManagerCoordinate with RSC in keeping appropriate records and reports to guarantee tight inventory control and securityInventory HandlingEnsures proper maintenance of merchandise based on planogramEnsures that all fixtures and merchandise are well-maintained at all timesMonitor and analyze stock movements and replenishment detailsEnsures that the First to Expire, First Out principle is followedMaintain a clean, neat, and orderly work areaReturn to VendorCoordinate with RSC to process merchandise that are for return to vendorEnsures that all damaged items that whose damage were not caused by Growsari are returned completely and promptly- Job Types: Full-time, PermanentSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonus
