Inventory Officer

Planning delivery timetables across all distribution
Manages and controls stock position levels with the goal of avoiding shortages and overstocking.
Files copies of Invoices and/or Delivery Receipts.
Documentation and maintenance of Inventory movement via SAP and POS
Responsible for posting of goods movement in SAP (Goods Issuance and Goods Receipt
Tracks and monitors all deliveries to all retail touchpoints of ABS-CBN and its suppliers
Implements agreed on controls and procedures to prevent losses, pilferage and other audit issues
Supervises disposition of excess and obsolete inventory
Monitoring of healthy stock level in the inventory and responsible for submission of reorders upon approval of the store manager.
Reorders supplies and does issuance of office supplies, materials supplies, and assets to end-users.
Upon direction of the store manager, assists in inventory audit activities such as cycle count and daily random SKU count
Performs whatever function that may be assigned by immediate superior from time to time
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/ College Degree
Educated to degree level (or equivalent) in a related discipline such as business administration or supply chain management;
Experience in working with FMCG/COSMETICS/RETAIL industry with a proven track record of supply chain, demand planning, and customer collaboration
Demonstrate strong analytical skills;
Strong IT/systems use, with good Excel skills;
Working knowledge of software related to demand planning is preferred;
Experience managing internal communications, working cross-functionally to deliver results; Strong interpersonal skills are also essential to effectively interact with all teams, areas, and levels of the business affecting the forecast process;
Strong communicator to all levels, experience dealing with senior level professionals;
Be looking to continuously improve and can demonstrate ability to remain calm under pressure;
Strong time management and organizational skills;
