Job Description
Analyze, control and ensure constant tracking of items movement
Classify what SKU's are made to stock (MTS) and what are made to order (MTO) based on inventory movement.
Responsible in conducting timely replenishment of stocks based on established ROP standards.
Analyze and forecast demand using F1 provided by supply chain management.
Coordinate job order transaction with co-material controller, production planner, purchaser and other plants in-charge. Resolve any conflicts that may arise.
Coordinate with warehouse in-charge for incoming delivered items, transfer, and other related activities.
Conduct cycle count based on agreed schedule to verify records of inventory (stockard and system) versus physical count.
Determine corrective and preventive actions to solve recurring problems of warehouse inventories.
Ensure that targets set by department are controlled, monitored, met, analyzed and acted upon if not attained.
Job Qualification
A graduate of Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
With 1 year or less experience in material planning and control
Experience in a manufacturing industry is a plus
