Responsibilities
• Promote the use of Quality Management System (QMS)• Follow the company's Quality Systems Program• Count and generate audit reports for physical inventory• Reconcile NAV with physical counts and report on errors• Audit outgoing product to ensure completeness• Monitor inventory movement within warehouse• Audit incoming product and update inventory• Ensure accuracy of paperwork and adherence to policies• Assist with general tasks in inventory and IT• Conduct special audits as required
Requirements
• BS/BA degree in Accountancy, IE, IT, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or audit related course• Minimum of 1 year of quality assurance experience or audit position• Strong analytical skills and experience with implementation and administration• Preferably with ERP experience• Knowledgeable in Quality Assurance metrics• Excellent problem solving and interpersonal communication skills• Strong leadership skills• Experience with managing and working with distributed teams• Detail-oriented with respect to documentation and communication
