OCEAN DIVE SUPPLY PHILIPPINES, INC.Is currently looking for:  INVENTORY AND RETAIL SALES ASSOCIATE + SALES COMMISIONS Job Profile and Description Inventory and Retail Sales Associates are responsible for providing an exceptional shopping experience for every customer and in assisting the Store Manager with the daily operations and objectives of the Store. This job requires a blend of skill, strong communication, and immense dedication. **Responsibilities**: Follow standard operating procedures and complete all tasks as assigned by the Store ManagerMaintain cleanliness of the store and replenish merchandise as it is soldEducate self on new product features and benefits if not part of sales trainingAcknowledge all customers and be attentiveInteract with customers by assisting them in locating products, demonstratingproduct features and benefits where applicable, and by offering suggestions and alternativesStrategize with Store Manager to meet sales targetsMaintain the proper display of products ensuring they comply with store's image & quality standardsReport pricing discrepancies and loss and/or damage of products to Store ManagerProvide ongoing updates to Store Manager regarding customer feedback and complaintsSkills and SpecificationsMust possess excellent written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrates exceptional interpersonal skills in interacting with customers and in meeting their needsSuccess working in teams and able to take initiative Education and QualificationsHigh school degree, diploma or GED equivalent qualification from a certified college requiredBachelor's degree, diploma or an associate degree in retailing, merchandise management, sales and marketing or any other related field of study from an accredited institution is a plus
