Job descriptionA. General Responsibility1. Enforces full implementation of applicable QEMS line auditing processes/ procedures2. Conducts tests and inspections relative to environment and quality assurance as appropriateB. Specific Duties and Responsibilities1. Perform Process, Product and QEMS internal Audit based on plan.2. Perform smart Audit as per Smart Audit Programme; refer to table 2 in NTSH-XXMP-2109.3. Issuance of CPAR / GWAR to all identified items need Corrective action4. Daily sending of Open CAR and GW to all action owners.5. Daily updating of Database for the CPAR status.6. Weekly sending of SCAR and CAR responsiveness KPI7. Weekly sending of CAR recommit and CAR closure KPI8. Monthly sending of QEMS KPI9. Daily verification of GW/CAR/CCAR as per due date10. Verification of DP/IDP as needed.11. Audit reporting every after audit and send to QEMS Supervisor for review.12. Publication of audit report to all process owners and department heads.13. Organize and maintains audit records.14. Perform special and/or other assignments given by QEMS Supervisor / QA Manager.15. Assist Monthly weighing of scrap parts during hauling schedule16. Adheres the Quality Policy, including all items assigned to this position in accordance with ISO/IATF/EMS policies, procedures, and work instructions.17.
