Job Description:

Job Description: INTEGRATED EVENTS SPECIALIST

The position is responsible for the following:

(1) Rolling out Integrated Events Calendar for the year and finding ways on how to integrate cost efficiency in executing these events.

(2) Assist in coming up with event program in support of the quarterly sales campaign to help excite and motivate the agency force.

(3) Collaborate with various departments /sections/business units in implementing their event requirements

(4) Handles specific events like It’s a Date and assist HR in relation to employee events.

(5) Will perform the role of project manager for the major events in the calendar.

Additional description:

Works extensively in providing logistical support, coordination and execution of the Integrated Events Calendar

Assist in preparation and implementation of events program for the quarterly sales campaigns to excite and motivate the agency force

Collaborate with various departments /sections/business units in implementing their event requirements

Assist in agency rewards fulfillment (recognition ads and incentive trips)

Assist in sourcing of potential destinations and/or venues for various events

Preferred skills:

Knowledgeable in Event planning/management

Familiarity with local and international travel requirements and venues

Knowledge in MS Office is a plus

Detail oriented and ability of to implement multiple projects (time sensitivity)

Qualifications:

College graduate preferably in Advertising, Mass Communication, Marketing or Business Administraiton

Must have an event management background on a corporate setting

Must have a keen eyes for details
