*Bachelors/Master's degree in Journalism/Mass Communication and Humanities-related subjects, with excellent command over English*Certification in Instructional Design will be an added advantage*with 2 years or up experience in Instructional Designing and Adobe Premiere*2 years or up ID/ Content Development experience*Knowledge of authoring tools like Captivate, Articulate is an added advantage*Exposure to working on proposals and design notes would be an added advantage*Strong analytical skills*Strong communication skills in visual, oral, and written form*Exceptional interpersonal skills*Strong Team player*Extensive Tool skills—MS Office*People Management Skills*Leadership skills
