Instructional Designer

- At least two (2) years of experience in instructional and digital design and learning content development.- At least two (2) years of practical experience with online learning including tools such as Adobe Captivate, Articulate Storyline 360, among other E-Learning platforms publishing SCORM files with knowledge of gamification frameworks in adult-learning contents.- At least two (2) years of experience in crafting content videos using creative tools like MS Clipchamp, Powtoon, Vyond, etc.- High-proficiency in computer application skills like MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and OneNote.- Knowledge of LMS and LCMS standards.- Experience with designing and developing online adult-learning solutions (synchronous and asynchronous).- Knowledge and experience of basic Instructional Design principles and frameworks such as the ADDIE Model, Bloom's taxonomy, Gagne's 9 Events, etc.- Very strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving and fact-based decision- making abilities.- Ability to design curricula with course objectives and medium of learning, etc.- Ability to design or develop instructor-led activities or games suited to the lessons' objective.- Willing to work in Mandaluyong City.- Can start asap.
