Inside Sales Representative

Responsible for administrative and sales support to assigned Partner Account Manager and In-House Accounts to achieve repeat sales. Ensure effective implementation of all sales &marketing promotions, and programs and the prompt resolution of issues affecting key accounts. He/she will also be doing telemarketing and company presentation.**Essential Job Function**:- Provide administrative and sales support to assigned Partner Account Manager and its clients and In-House Sales management.- Analyzes customer's needs and recommends requirements that best meet customers' requirements.- Do telemarketing activities for assigned accounts.- Continuously improving relationships with assigned accounts through close and regular face-to-face interaction and phone calls.- Ensure constant communication with all assigned accounts (updated price list, promotions, etc.). 100% coverage of managed Business Partners is expected.- Coordinate with Product Management Group on training, promos, and selling activities.- Prepares quotation/proposal, sales orders/invoices, and other tasks assigned by the Account Manager and or the Immediate Supervisor.- Submits all required reports to the Account Manager, Immediate Supervisor, Product Management Group, and/or Sales Manager.- Consult with systems engineers on highly technical problems.- Perform additional duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management.**Key Competencies**:- Strong in Negotiation, understanding, and communicating complex financial data.- Ability to negotiate favorable terms and conditions of sale of goods.- Ability to establish strong business partnerships.- Strong written and verbal communication skills.- Strong Business Acumen focused and results-oriented.- Strong Presentation skills, a winning attitude, and a strong work ethic.- Understanding of day to day operations in a transactional environment similar to the IT distribution channel- Excellent teamwork skills, creative, proactive, resourceful, self-motivated, and independent.**Expected Reports**:- Weekly and Monthly Sales report- Weekly Pipeline report (when applicable)- Escalation of issues should be channeled to the immediate supervisor**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- 10 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Overtime payCOVID-19 considerations:All Employees are required to wear a facemask.We also provide a dormitory for our employees (base on the availability of the dormitory) Sanitation from every now and then.Ability to commute/relocate:- Makati City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
