Inside Sales Representative

Duties and Responsibilities:
Communicates with prospects leveraging multiple channels
Drives sales volume via outbound cold calls and lead generation
Works with prospects to set up software demonstration calls
Consistently achieve outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators as defined for the role
Dedicated to meeting the expectations and requirements of customers
All other duties as assigned

Qualifications and Experience:Bachelor’s Degree or similar experience
At least 1 year of experience in appointment setting preferably in a sales environment
Highly organised and with good time management
Able to think quickly on their feet and respond to prospect rebuttals
Ability to function under pressure
Works well within a highly competitive environment
Ability to achieve and maintain individual goals
Exercises great team work and enthusiasm
Great phone demeanor and professionalism
Ability to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quickly
Must be familiar with the Internet and somewhat technology savvy
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Must be willing to work in Clark, Pampanga
