Industrial Engineer

Kenji Tei Food Group Inc. is seeking an Industrial Engineer with a passion for the food industry (or a food industry professional with an aptitude for Industrial Engineering work) to join our team.In this role, you will collaborate closely with our management to develop and implement efficient operational systems tailored to our restaurant's needs. This includes designing and optimizing systems related to labor management, procurement, inventory management, data analysis, and project management.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement operational systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across various functions.2. Create tools and forms to support the implementation and maintenance of operational systems.3. Conduct studies to optimize resources and enhance operational processes.4. Generate reports to evaluate the outcomes of operational projects and initiatives.5. Project manage various tasks related to system development and implementation. 6. Analyze operational issues as they arise and propose solutions to ensure smooth operations.Qualifications1. Strong interest or background in the food industry.2. Proficiency in generating tools using cloud-based platforms.3. Ability to learn and be trained, with a willingness to adapt to the specific needs of the role.4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.5. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.6. Willing to travel to different branches (Alabang, Makati & Santa Rosa, Laguna)
