Industrial Designer

Job Description:
The following are the job descriptions we're looking for in an industrial desginer. The industrial designer will be part of a design team for one of our projects called Dosenyo, and work with an award-winning Industrial Designer. Some of the products we currently work with are in the consumer goods, home, and medical equipment. We prefer to work with individuals with existing laptops because you may be allowed to work from home at different times instead of reporting to the office.


Digital sketching and paper sketching Brainstorming and ideation Team collaboration Graphic design where necessary Branding products Rendering Minimum Qualifications:
We're looking for an industrial designer who has a vision to make better products and has great design taste. The industrial designer will work closely with our creative director and senior industrial design to execute day to day activities. To be shortlisted, we need to see your best portfolio that showcases your industrial design skills in 3D modelling, rendering, and sketching. We prefer the individual has the ability to sketch on paper and digitally.


Qualifications


Industrial design graduate or related field Minimum of 2 years experience Punctual Able to work within tight deadlines Participative in group meetings Highly collaborative proficient in Solidworks & Keyshot great in graphic design proficient in Adobe creative suit (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign are a must) Good in freehand sketching both on paper and digital (preferred software: Procreate or Sketchbook Pro) Easily communicate your ideas Able to understand client's needs according to brief with minimal supervision Can communicate with other designers well and being prepared during brainstorm sessions Applies human-centered thinking and design thinking in his crafts.
