Scope & Responsibilities: Supervise the operations of the fund development activities of the organization's partner agencies. Constantly coordinate with existing third-party agencies on the daily fund development operations, site negotiations, and performance audits. Periodically review the compliance of third-party agencies with their agreements with the organization. Build the business by improving terms of partnership, or sourcing new partner agencies as necessary. Manage the costs to income generation, P&L, analyze fundraising data, and recommend strategies for sustainability of agency partnerships. Required Qualifications: Educational and work experience in face-to-face fundraising, sales, direct marketing, and entrepreneurship across diverse industries. Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills. Experience in managing P&L, analyze fundraising data, and quantify fundraising strategies. Expected to meet fundraising targets. Willingness to engage in nationwide fieldwork. Flexible and open to being assigned different roles as needed. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in operations management. Strong negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft applications and data analytics tools. Must prioritize growth marketing initiatives. Prepared for extensive travel, including weekends and holidays.
