Job Description:
Prepares summary of arrived shipments monitoring Prepares comutation for all importation Prepares DOE (Prior Notice) application Checks billing invoices related to importation Checks and monitors supplier invoices for importation and submission of (Record of Goods Imported) RGI to Standard Chartered Bank Responsible for filling or book keeping all documents related to Importation and other Gov't agencies Prepares report for DOE (Importation, Sales and Inventory) Prepares Marine Insurance every importation Prepares DTI or BPS requirement for ICC sticker Prepares request for Payment for all importation, Surety Bond and Importation Bond In-charge of printing of sticker for GHS compliance Minimum Qualifications:
A Graduate of BS Customs Administration At least 1 year of experience in documentation of import transactions Preferrably has trainings in Customs Clearance Being a licensed Customs Broker is an advantage Computer literate Willing to be assigned in Carmona, Cavite
