Import Export Specialist

· Handling & Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports + local deliveries.· All documentation (including PEZA) follow up.· Monitoring of the shipments to ensure the compliance of regulations.· Consultation of the clients regarding insurances, duties and taxes · Search for possibilities to reduce taxes · Maintenance of customer relations and participation in the organization's sales activities · Assessment of new marketing and sales opportunities as well as presentation of those estimations to the respective managements · Ideally, be educated to degree standard and hold relevant qualifications with significant experience in Import/Export as a pre-requisite.· Exposures on transaction with Bureau of Customs· Well-developed communicational skills and a customer orientation · Knowledge about budget management, international trade and taxations · Ability to easily comprehend and organize shipment processes · Critical thinking and problem solving techniques.· Must be able to communicate ideas and information in writing as well as orally so that others will understand.· Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence others or negotiate for the benefit of the organization.· be familiar with standard industry computer programs
