Identifying shipping documents from the pre-alert provided by the countries or customers. Uploading mandatory documents to the system. Creation of reports for Schenker's customers in Australia.  Updating shipment details based on stakeholder's requirements.  Shipment tracking and event updates.  To adhere to stakeholders' requirements  To ensure prompt and accurate information to Carriers  To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives  To do administrative, ad hoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team's targets and objectives.  Fresh graduates with related background are welcome to apply. Good Analytical skills with high attention to detail Good planning skills and high focus on task execution Good coordination skills and task/process oriented Flexible and ability to work with minimal supervision. Good organizational skills Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization. Contribute Process Improvement Ideas Has a logistics background.
