The ideal candidate is responsible for leading a team of trained experts who provide our partners with a delightful, frictionless experience.Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:
Directs implementation and administration of benefit programs.
Prepares and communicates information to appropriate parties regarding benefit programs, procedures, changes and government mandated disclosures.
Audits to monitor efficiency and compliance with policies; prepares specialized reports;
may be assigned to special project work consistent with the role and dictated by the needs of the business.
Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports;

Qualifications:
5+ years' related customer service experience
3 years leadership experience managing team leaders and operations experts
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience from an allied health / medical field and/or experience in a health insurance account
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Willing to work at Iloilo City, Iloilo
