Role Description This is a full-time role as a Human Resources Supervisor at San Miguel Global Power. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and implementation of HR policies. This is an on-site role located in Mariveles and Limay, Bataan, Central Luzon
Qualifications Graduate of BS Psychology, Human Resources Management, Behavioral Science, and other related 4-year courses Minimum of eight (8) years of supervisory experience, preferably in an HR Generalist role Has been assigned to handle Benefits, Compensation, Labor Relations, Employee Engagement works Knowledge of HR policies and regulations Strong communication and interpersonal skills Preferably worked for a conglomerate or big company like SMC Lives within Bataan, Central Luzon
