(MTek Inc.) is a private Research & Development company with a robust diagnostic technology pipeline. It develops and manufactures portable diagnostic kits for the diagnosis of selected infectious disease in the Philippines and in the region.**Position Overview**:- The Human Resources Department manages and executes all human resource related activities.- Coordinates and prepares organizational and manpower documentation delineating departmental functional responsibilities and required skill levels to execute and achieve Company goals and objectives.- Defines and coordinates with departments and Finance on manpower needs. Prepares and coordinates HR policy and implementing procedures.- Manages recruitment activities.- Defines and implements employee training and development programs.- Manages personnel administration and coordinates with Finance on welfare/benefits, payroll and salary administration.- Conducts employee performance appraisal.- Manages the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).- Manages and maintains all personnel records.- Coordinates with Finance on HR budget-related requirements.- Prepares and provides HR-related training to Departments/supervisors.- Prepares reports on a wide range of HR topics for top-level management.- Manpower evaluates core competencies, analyzes manpower needs, skill sets, experience and qualifications and quantifies optimum levels of personnel needed for the Company to achieve its goals and objectives.- Prepares and coordinates functional statements of core activities and prepares Organizational Charts reflecting Company structure.- Coordinates with departments and prepares job descriptions and classification proposals. Coordinates with departments on Company specific training courses required and provides required information to training management (course type, duration, etc).- Coordinates with departments on assessing manpower requirements by assisting with time-and-motion studies.- Manages and updates the Company Table of Positions.- The Principal assistant performs a wide-range of manpower planning, documentation and administrative tasks.**Personal Attributes/Competencies**:- The incumbent must possess a high degree of initiative, flexibility, and a strong analytical ability.- Excellent problem-solving skills and very good organizational skills are essential.- The incumbent must be methodical and accurate in all aspects of training development and planning and be able to prepare draft documentation and recommendations for review.- Must possess excellent knowledge of MS Office products especially Word, Excel and Power Point.- Must be able to prepare training management related documentation including an organizational manual of training.- Must be able to prepare, formulate and summarize training statistical data.- Must be articulate and have excellent interpersonal skills.- The incumbent will be forward thinking and self-motivated requiring little to no guidance on task accomplishment. Reliability and the ability to get the job done effectively and efficiently is paramount.- The incumbent will be expected to work with minimum supervision, only referring the most difficult problems to the Director for advice.- Honesty and reliability are core competencies of the incumbent.**Experience**:- A minimum of at least 5 years current related experience in human resource manpower planning/resource planning.- Very good knowledge of Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS) or equivalent.- Excellent knowledge of Excel combined with very good knowledge of Access, Word and Power Point. Excellent knowledge and demonstrated experience in the preparation of organizational charts, work-flow assessment and human resource utilization rates.**Education/Training**:- Bachelor's degree in human resource management, business administration or equivalent.- Vocational training in any human resource management/manpower planning related field.**The following is considered highly desirable**:- ** Education/Training.** Higher vocational training or equivalent in any human resource management/manpower planning related field and execution any.**About Manila HealthTek**:Over the last 5 years, our team has been silently working in the laboratory to find diagnostic solutions to diseases in which timely diagnosis could potentially save lives.
