Human Resources Officer / Qc

Qualification:•Must have 2-5 years and up experience in Recruitment in Construction Company.•With experience in employee relations, compensation and benefits•Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information •Good understanding of MS Office programs (World/Excel)•Must be proactive and willing to learn new HR competencies proven experience in all HR functions.•Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills, communication skills.•Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.•Knowledge with DOLE policies and requirements is an advantage•Proficiency in Attendance time Keeping is an advantage•Proficiency in SSS, Pag-ibig, Philhealth process is an advantageWORK LOCATION: Aurora Blvd. Cubao Q.C.
