Human Resources Officer

Job Description:- Supervises the recruitment and selection process of applicants for completion of vacant position in the company.- Supervises implementing the benefit programs for all employees.- Develops HR Department programs and systems that will improve industrial relations and sustain industrial peace.- Implements labor relations policies, procedures and preparation of objective evidences during the process.- Provides mentoring and coaching to HR team members to help create expertise in their respective field.- Conducts regular counselling to employees and monitors incident reports.- Supervises implementing the benefit programs for all employees.- Oversees different facets of HR.Qualifications:- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Good interpersonal and communication skills.- Organized, systematic and detail-oriented.- Must be willing to work in Alaminos, Laguna.- Licensed Psychometrician is a plus.**Benefits**:- Opportunities for promotionSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Human resources: 3 years (required)Willingness to travel:- 100% (required)
