Job Description:
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Provide general guidance and direction to the Human Resource and Administration personnel Develop HR and Administrative strategies in order to achieve the company's mission and vision Function as the final departmental authority on the HRA department Oversee general services functions Coordinate and work with department managers in solving human relations problems as they affect performance, efficiency and morale Work on the organization's holistic development Minimum Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills; Good communication and presentation skills; Excellent problem-solving skills; Knowledge in General Human Resource and Administration 5 years experience as a manager is required for this position With in-depth knowledge of Organizational Development and all other facets of HR
