WORK LOCATION: Quezon CitySALARY RANGE: ?25,000 - ?35,000WORK SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM- Bachelor's Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Human Resources- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator is advantageous- Additional training / certificate in Payroll Management is advantageous- Labor Relations Certification is advantageous- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution- Knowledge of employment legislation- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Protecting the interests of all employees- Full understanding of HR functions and best practices
