Job summary
The Learning and Development Associate is responsible for handling large datasets and supporting training initiatives.The Safety and Disaster Management Associate assists the SDM team in navigating the HR system.The Recruitment Associate assists the SDM team in navigating the HR system and performs recruitment-related tasks.
Responsibilities
• Collect, clean, and organize large datasets related to training and development.• Maintain data accuracy and integrity, including data entry and updates.• Analyze data to identify trends, correlations, and insights.• Generate regular reports and dashboards for decision-making.• Integrate data from various sources and create visualizations.• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training programs.• Integrate data from various sources to create a comprehensive view of learning and development activities.• Assist in Company-wide events.• Analyze data related to SDM.• More responsibilities will be discussed during the line interview.• Post in different job posting platforms.• Pre-screen candidates.• Administer exams.• Implement good relationship with line managers.• Interview candidates.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems.• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.• Open to fresh graduates.• For the Recruitment Associate position: Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or Business Administration.• For the Recruitment Associate position: Good verbal and written communication skills.• For the Recruitment Associate position: Good interpersonal skills.• For the Recruitment Associate position: Being a registered psychometrician is an advantage.• For the Recruitment Associate position: Available to start immediately.
