HR OJT Job Responsibilities Sourcing for Managers, Directors, CEOs... (Executive Search) and rank and file positions Job Posting Screen resumes and application forms Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates Conducts Phone Interviews Set an Interview schedules with the Lead Assist CEO with the Interviews in coordination with the HR Lead Prepare HR-related reports as needed Compile Confidential Documents in coordination with the HR Lead Assists to the HR Lead on sourcing and recruitment Orient new onboard interns Creates e-banners (if needed) Requirements Must be taking a course of BS in Psychology or Human Resources Management or similar field Familiarity with MS Office and With Laptop Good understanding of full-cycle recruiting Basic knowledge of labor legislation Excellent communication skills Organizational skills Willing to have OJT work fully on site With laptop Job Type: OJT (On the job training)
