Conduct performance reviews, setting goals, and identifying training needs. Training And Development Coordinate training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and competencies.
Organizing soft-skills training workshops, seminars, or online courses, as well as overseeing mentorship or coaching programs. Compensation And Benefits Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and align with industry standards.
Conduct salary reviews, bonus programs, and managing employee benefits such as health insurance and retirement plans. Policy Development And Compliance Develop HR policies and procedures in compliance with employment laws and regulations.
