Human Resource Lead

Job Description:
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy Manage payroll and employee benefits Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues Manage the recruitment and talent management process Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management Correspond with various other departments, discussing company plans and agreeing on future paths to be taken. Work of Scope : Kalibrr Indonesia and Kalibrr Vietnam Minimum Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Management or similar discipline with analytical bias Proven working experience as directly supervising teams and developing people Demonstrated financial acumen and analytical experience delivering forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis, and data interpretation of business impact and results Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices Advanced problem solving and root cause analysis combined with proven ability to communicate those analyses Highly analytical, detail oriented and strong business sense; proven ability to manage new ideas and creative solutions Has a extensive experience as a HRBP for Sales Division is preferred
