Job Description:
The HR Supervisor - Compensation & Benefits upholds the company's compensation philosophy and ensures that it is fully aligned and reponsive to the needs and interest of the staff and the business.
He/she reviews and manages the company's salary structure as well as oversees the day to day administration of Compensation & Benefits across the organization.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and update the organization's salary structure based on the company's compensation policy. Sharpen and keep updated the salary matrix for fair and just distribution of compensation in organization. Ensure the accuracy and intergrity of all payroll computations and disbursements by cross-checking the entires, related reports and bank disbursement slips. Endorse payroll for payment. Ensure that all benefit disbursements are according to approved policies and against standard processes. Endorse benefit disbursements to the HR Head for final approval. Review & manage contracts with vendors, suppliers and other third party entities aiding to the payroll disbursements process including manpower agencies, banks, payroll disbursement process that is compliant with the Philippine Labor Law and in the best interest of the company. Constantly monitor individual and team output by checking progress towards key performance indicators (KPIs). Evaluate subordinate's individual performance vis-a-vis key performance indicators and team contribution. Minimum Qualifications:
